MedOS Africa is currently in private beta. Please read and agree to the terms below to continue.
1. Confidentiality. By accessing MedOS Africa ("the Software"), you agree to hold all information regarding the Software's features, functionality, design, clinical content, and technical implementation in strict confidence. You will not disclose any such information to any third party — including on social media, in publications, or in conversation — without prior written consent from MedOS Africa Ltd.
2. Beta Purpose. Access is granted solely for the purpose of evaluation and feedback during the private beta period. The Software is not yet approved for clinical use. It must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions. Always apply your professional judgment and consult senior colleagues where appropriate.
3. No Clinical Guarantee. MedOS Africa provides clinical decision support grounded in the Ghana Standard Treatment Guidelines. It does not replace clinical training, examination, or professional judgment. MedOS Africa Ltd accepts no liability for clinical outcomes arising from use of the Software during the beta period.
4. Data & Feedback. Queries submitted during the beta period may be reviewed by the MedOS Africa clinical and technical team for quality improvement purposes. No patient-identifiable data should be submitted.
5. Intellectual Property. Nothing in this agreement transfers any intellectual property rights. The Software, its algorithms, clinical corpus, and design remain the exclusive property of MedOS Africa Ltd.
6. Duration. This obligation survives the end of your beta access period and remains in effect unless MedOS Africa Ltd provides written release.
