32-year-old female, 28 weeks pregnant. Severe headache, BP 160/110, sudden onset convulsions. Unresponsive between episodes.
Hypertensive Male
57-year-old male. Incidental BP reading of 168/104 during routine visit. No current chest pain or neurological signs. Reports occasional headaches.
Uncomplicated Malaria — Child
3-year-old male. 2-day history of fever, chills, and poor appetite. No vomiting, able to drink. No danger signs. RDT positive for malaria.
Routine ANC Visit
24-year-old female, 20 weeks pregnant. Comes for scheduled ANC contact. BP 118/76, no symptoms, no danger signs. Fetal heart tones normal.
Neonatal Emergency
5-day-old infant, male. Mother reports baby has not fed since yesterday, lethargic, not waking for feeds. Respiratory rate elevated.
